The Craft Harvest Show has been a Lawton tradition for over 50 years, drawing thousands of shoppers each fall. Booths are 10’ x 10’, with priority given to handmade items. To keep the show balanced, we review requests in August and September and only send applications to vendors whose craft type fits available space or offers something unique. Being descriptive and including photos helps us give your craft the best consideration.
Submit a Request
Start by filling out our Vendor Application Request Form. This lets us know about you, your craft, and what you’d like to bring to the show. Be descriptive and include photos of your work it really helps us understand what makes your booth unique.
Review Period
Requests are reviewed in August and September prior to the show. Because we prioritize handmade items and strive to keep the show balanced, we only send full applications to vendors whose craft type fits available space or represents a unique category.
Receive Your Application
If approved, you’ll receive an official application packet by mail. Applications are mail-in only and must be accompanied by a check or money order. Booth spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis, so returning your application promptly increases your chances of getting your preferred location.
Acceptance Notification
Acceptance letters and booth assignments are mailed out in mid-October. At that time, you’ll also receive details about setup, parking, and other show information.
